Story Writing - A story writing is a work of “fiction or imagination” that is usually written in “easily understandable grammatical structure” with “natural flow of speech”. Story writing is meant to be read at a single sitting and therefore it should be as direct and brief as possible. To craft a good story, you need to be willing to revise your work so that every sentence matters. Start your story by creating memorable characters and outlining a plot. Then, write a first draft from beginning to end. Once you have your first draft, improve it using a few writing strategies.

'Thank you so much for putting together this writing course. It was of good value to me as it got me started thinking more deeply about my characters. I don't have a lot of time to write, working two jobs, but I am doing the ten-minute exercise with each lesson, and each evening, trying to get in the habit of sitting myself down to write... I would recommend the course to anyone.'
